Unfortunately men tend to be more reluctant to seek help or treatment for their mental health struggles and talking about your problems is not really accepted (it's not a guy thing)

We at Annan Rugby have wanted to become involved in joining Scotland's Mental Health Charter for Physical Activity and Sport for Clubs and Communities. So I am delighted to say that I've just received an email informing us that we have become a signatory for the aforementioned. We would like to highlight World Suicide Prevention Day, a most important day with 1 in 3 people struggling with their Mental Health at some point in their lives.
