International Men's Day falls on the 19th November, and is dedicated to focussing on a wider range of men's health issues. Unfortunately men tend to be more reluctant to seek help or treatment for their mental health struggles and talking about your problems is not really accepted (it's not a guy thing)

So I am delighted to say that I've just received an email informing us that we have become a signatory for the aforementioned. We would like to highlight World Suicide Prevention Day, a most important day with 1 in 3 people struggling with their Mental Health at some point in their lives.
