U14-U16 Girls/Boys Strength and Conditioning is not on this week. Usually up at the Violetbank Gym. 6pm to 7pm. All players welcome

Men Ages 17+ training. 6.45pm to 8.30pm at Violetbank

Women Ages 17+ is finished for the season.

Last week the Ibiza Beach Rugby Tournament, this week the Biggar Sevens. The globetrotting Annan men are off on their last outing of season 2023/24 as they take part in the annual Biggar Sevens on Saturday. 1pm start
