Annan Rugby Club are looking for someone aged 18-35 to join Scottish Rugby’s Young Ambassador Programme for 2022.
9th – 15th May 2022 – Mental Health Awareness Week – For Mental Health Awareness Week this year, we’re raising awareness of the impact of loneliness on our mental wellbeing and the practical steps we can take to address it.
Starting on Monday 3oth May – Walking rugby sessions at Violetban,. Walking rugby is a slower, non contact version of the game for adults who are looking to increase their levels of physical activity. All welcome
Tartan Touch is back and starts on Friday 6th May for 10 weeks until Friday 8th July. 6.30pm-8pm – now down at the Everholm. P1-Adult: Players, Parents, Siblings, Grannys all welcome! U16’s free, otherwise £3 per session or a £20 Summer Pass for the 10 weeks #TartanTouch
Annan Rugby were awarded the Glasgow South Community Club of the season last night at Scotstoun. Well done all!
It is with sadness that the club has to announce that, after a short illness, Delna Weston passed away on Tuesday 22nd March.
LADIES WHO LUNCH
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Ladies Who Lunch event at the Club.
Through ticket sales, games packs, the raffle and donations we raised the amazing total of £1,208.45 towards the playpark at Violetbank.
7th – 13th February 2022 – Children’s Mental Health Week – Sadly the numbers of Children affected by mental health problems are forever increasing and with the impact of lockdown the health and wellbeing of our children are ever more relevant.
Busy day on the 19th February at Annan Rugby as we have a sponsored walk, lunch, rugby (x2) plus auction.
