SENIOR RETURN TO RUGBY FITNESS SESSIONS
As part of our return to rugby preparations, Annan Rugby will be running fitness training sessions to get our senior squads ready for pre season.
This will commence from Monday 3rd May, 2021, for an 8 week period and will take place each Monday and Thursday down at the Everholm*.
7pm-8pm on Monday and 6.45pm-7.45pm on Thursday.
*At the Everholm Track or Rugby Pitch (plus occasionally it may be at Violetbank)
The sessions are open to all players and members from U18 to adult.
Can all players and members wishing to take part please notify Head Coach Gordon Carmichael, to allow arrangements for Covid restrictions to be put in place.
