8 squads in action this weekend as we enter the final week of the 2021/22 season,
On Thursday the U14 & U16 Girls and Boys teams are off to Moffat for a series of transitional matches
On Friday, Tartan Touch is on for week 4 down at the Everholm. All ages welcome
On Saturday, a mens and womens squad are away to the Biggar Sevens while on Sunday the U12, U14, U16 & U18 Girls are away to East Kilbride for Girls Rugby Festival
Tuesday 24th May marks to the return of the 6 Week Fitness Boot Camp to Violetbank after last year’s popular camp.
For girls and women aged 16+ and up. Everyone welcome. Members and Non-Members.
This is not a Rugby Camp but a Fitness Camp.
5 teams in action this weekend, with 3 at Violetbank if the weather is kind and the pitches hold up. A big Annan support for any of the matches would be as always most appreciated.
Quieter weekend for the Annan teams with only 2 teams in action on Sunday.
On Saturday the 6 Nations starts and you can watch at 17 Bank Street. Door open from 2pm. On Sunday, the 2 teams in action are the U14 Hornets who are off to Cumnock for a rugby festival while the Annan Warriors travel to Ayr for their penultimate match of the season.
If all goes well with the weather and covid, Annan have 10 squads in action over Friday, Saturday and Sunday with 2 of them at Violetbank. So lots of rugby action to keep you going until the 6 nations.
Only one game on Saturday this weekend but plenty of rugby action on Sunday.
The 2nd XV host Strathaven on Saturday at Violetbank, the 1st XV have a week off while on Sunday the U14 & U16 Girls host Netherhall, the U15 Boys entertain West of Scotland in the SRU Cup, the Warriors host Ayr Ladies while the P1-P7 Tigers are away to Dumfries.
After last weekend’s matches were all cancelled due to Covid or unavailable players, it is hoped that this weekend 2022 will finally have some Annan teams take to the rugby pitches,
There are 5 teams in action as well as the U18 Girls over the weekend.
