THIS WEEK AT ANNAN RUGBY
Training and matches have ended for 2021/22 but still lots going on at Annan Rugby this week with Walking rugby, Fitness Bootcamp, Tartan Touch and the Senior Player Awards.
WALKING RUGBY
Walking Rugby starts on Monday and every Monday for the foreseeable future. 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Walking rugby is a slower, non contact version of the game for adults who are looking to increase their levels of physical activity.
It is suitable for those recovering from injury, retired players and older people looking to stay fit and active.
Walking rugby provides participants with the opportunity to enjoy a social, physically active, healthy lifestyle.
The sessions will provide an opportunity to socialise and enjoy the benefits of exercising together in a relaxed environment with lots of fun and craic.
No previous rugby experience is necessary to take part.
FITNESS BOOTCAMP
On Tuesday for the next 5 weeks its the U16 Girls and above Fitness Bootcamp up at Violetbank. 7pm to 8pm.
A great way to get fit and meet new friends. Still time to join.
TARTAN TOUCH CONTINUES DOWN AT THE EVERHOLM
On Friday, the ever popular Tartan Touch starts week 5 down at the Everholm. Tartan Touch will be on every Friday for the next 7 weeks. 6.30pm to 8pm.
All ages welcome from P1 to 100+!
Tartan Touch is Scottish Rugby’s fun, simple and social version of non-contact rugby.
Join in the fun and get fit at Dumfries and Galloways only Tartan Touch hub. U16’s go free. £3 per session otherwise.

SENIOR PLAYER AWARDS
The end of season Senior Player Awards is being held on Saturday at 17 Bank Street. 6.30pm for a 7pm start with food being served from 7.30pm.
