MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOP

LooseHead in partnership with the Mental Health Foundation have produced a free workshop on the Introduction to Mental Health. In this free resource they aim to provide a greater understanding of mental health, as well as an overview of how to stop commons signs of mental health disorders in others.

Tartan Touch is back and starts on Friday 6th May for 10 weeks until Friday 8th July. 6.30pm-8pm – up at Violetbank. P1-Adult: Players, Parents, Siblings, Grannys all welcome! U16’s free, otherwise £3 per session #TartanTouch

FINISHED: FITNESS BOOT CAMP

Tuesday 24th May marks to the return of the 6 Week Fitness Boot Camp to Violetbank after last year’s popular camp.

For girls and women aged 16+ and up. Everyone welcome. Members and Non-Members.

This is not a Rugby Camp but a Fitness Camp.

LAST WEEKEND: 8TH/9TH APRIL 2022

Just 2 teams in action this weekend. On Friday the P6-P7 Tigers are off to Langholm while on Saturday 2nd XV are in action at home to Cambuslang.

COMMUNITY CLUB OF THE SEASON

Annan Rugby were awarded the Glasgow South Community Club of the season last night at Scotstoun. Well done all!
