GORDON “GOGS” CARMICHAEL

“After an extensive playing career Gordon ‘Gogs’ Carmichael decided to pass on his knowledge to the next generation of Annan rugby players by moving into coaching the youth set up at season 2013/14, he spent the next 7 years guiding various age groups through the game, even picking up the whistle to referee a game or two.

Gogs also coached the Dumfries & Galloway age grade for a season mixing with the best players in the region.

He took the reigns of 1^st 15 head coach in season 2020/21 and has work tirelessly over the past 3 years coaching the senior men’s squads.

He has decided to move over at the end of this season and let the next chapter unfold
