Our current training schedule is as follows.
WALKING RUGBY – ALL AGES: Monday at the Violetbank – 6pm to 7pm
U6-U12 BOYS/GIRLS: Sunday at Violetbank – 10am to 11am.
U13-U14 GIRLS: Wednesday at Violetbank – 6.30pm to 8pm.
U13-U14 BOYS: Thursday at Violetbank – 6.30pm to 8pm.
U15-U16 GIRLS: Wednesday at Violetbank – 6.30pm to 8pm.
U15-U16 BOYS: Thursday at Violetbank – 6.30pm to 8pm.
U17-U18 GIRLS: Tuesday at Stewartry & Thursday at Dumfries – 7pm to 8.30pm
U17-U18 BOYS: Tuesday & Thursday at Violetbank – 7pm to 8.30pm
SENIOR WOMEN: Tuesday & Thursday at Violetbank – 7pm to 8.30pm
SENIOR MEN: Tuesday & Thursday at Violetbank – 7pm to 8.30pm

RUGBY MATCHES
1ST XV BACK TO LEAGUE BUSINESS
After last Saturday’s great tussle and match against Wigtownshire in the National Shield* the 1st XV are back on league business as they travel to Cambuslang
Cambuslang, like Annan, are still waiting for their 1st win of the season, so for both clubs a big match.
The West 1 league has already split into 2 with the bottom 5 – Oban, East Kilbride. Greenock Wanderers, Cambuslang and Annan looking like they will be battling to avoid the likely 2 or even 3 relegation spots this season. So every match against the other 4 teams here for Annan will be huge.
With Annan then travelling to East Kilbride the following Saturday, it’s a great chance for the lads to get themselves higher up the table.
*For the record, Annan have drawn West 1 leaders and probably favourites for the National Shield, Carrick at home in the 2nd round. 1.30pm KO on the 31st October.

2ND XV ON THE ROAD
The 2nd XV are hopefully on the road to GHK Lions this weekend and hopefully it will be 4th time lucky and the 2nd string get their league campaign underway.
Its been a tough start for the 2nd XV with players available seemingly reducing week by week, but it’s hoped that there will be enough available that the match can go ahead.

YOUTH TEAMS IN ACTION
There are plenty of Youth teams in action on Sunday
The U13 Lads are on the road to Lanark to take on the hosts and Cumbernauld/Uddingston. 12.30pm start.
The U18 Girls face the long trip to Highland. A 5.30am start for the D&G Girls. TBC KO
And finally, the U14 Girls are away at Whitecraigs. TBC start
