SENIOR TEAMS IN ACTION
STOP PRESS: The 1st XV have a great win 24-19 while the 2nd XV match was postponed. 1st XV match report Now Online
On Saturday both the 1st XV and 2nd XV are at home at Violetbank.
The 1st XV take on Cambuslang in a game that a win would secure West 1 rugby for next season for the 1st XV.
The 1st XV lost the away fixture earlier in the season but at Violetbank the 1st XV have a decent record against the South Lanarkshire club with 14 wins (and 2 draws) from the last 22 encounters at Violetbank.
With Carrick 13 points adrift at the bottom of West 1, both Annan and Cambuslang are probably safe from relegation but a win for either team will end any possibility of West 2 rugby for next season. 3pm KO
The 2nd XV are hosting Livingston in a return friendly match as the teams met each other back in November.
The 2nd XV have had not much luck with teams willing to travel to Violetbank this season so any home match is most welcome!. Thanks to Livingston for the trip down to Annan. 2pm KO
