SCOTTISH ASSOCIATION OF MENTAL HEALTH (SAMH) & ANNAN RUGBY

A message from Laura MacKay
SCOTTISH ASSOCIATION OF MENTAL HEALTH (SAMH)
We at Annan Rugby have wanted to become involved in joining Scotland’s Mental Health Charter for Physical Activity and Sport for Clubs and Communities.
So I am delighted to say that I’ve just received an email informing us that we have become a signatory for the aforementioned.
This means for the club we will have access to a variety of resources to use to support mental health and wellbeing of our club and community.
One of the key resource they have is a mental health awareness module. A great tool to increase understanding of mental health and wellbeing. The link to this will be at the bottom of the the page. There is also a Twitter link.
So can I encourage all members. players, volunteers, coaches – this module gives a general understanding of mental health and to build awareness within our club. I hope you all will have a look.
