At the weekend we have 5 squads in action if all goes well.

On Saturday the 1st XV and 2nd XV are both away to Cambuslang Rugby

While on Sunday the U14 Girls, U14 Boys and U16 Boys are all on the road.

After last week’s postponements, the Annan senior men will be glad to get back into the rugby action on Saturday.

For the 1st XV, they will be wanting to keep up with their great start to the season while the 2nd XV will be happy to finally get their delayed season started!

Annan have played Cambuslang on numerous occasions over the past 20 years.

At 1st XV level alone they have met 21 times. Annan have a decent record, winning 14 and drawing 2 of those matches but Cambuslang have also had a great start this season, winning their opening two matches in the league and shield.

Last season the 2nd XV’s shared 111 points in a try fest up at Coats Park!

Will be great to get the two squads out and see some of the old guard back in action along with a few new faces.

And hopefully after all the trials and tribulations of the past few years and last week, we will finally get back playing to what we all do best!
