END OF WEEKEND SUMMARY.
20 Oct, 2019
SATURDAY UPDATE: BOTH THE 1ST AND 2ND XV GO DOWN
The keep it very short – the 1st XV lose 21-17 v Garnock 1st XV while the 2nd XV go down to Cumnock 2nd XV 34-21
The 1st XV outscored Garnock 3 tries to 2 but indiscipline in the 1st half, that gifted Garnock 9 points, came back to haunt Annan as while leading with a few minutes to go, a converted Garnock try meant the lads come away with just a losing bonus point.
While the 2nd XV were leading for a large part of the match but Cumnock came good in the last quarter.
For the 1st XV: Tries from Alex Halliday, Callum “200 up” Bell and Ryan Hetherington. James Bigham with the conversion
Onto the next matches lads!
The 1st XV are now away to Cambuslang next week while the 2nd XV are at home to Strathaven

The Warriors suffer a heavy defeat to Stewartry Sirens.
Down 14-0 after just 10 minutes is never the best of starts and it just got worse from there. 24-0 down at half time and 48-0 at full time.
Every team has days like this – just have to pick yourself up and get ready for the next one!
Which is in 7 days at Violetbank v Howe Quins
Anyway, congratulation to the Sirens – until next season!
