2ND XV OFF TO DALZIEL

STOP PRESS: The lads go down 20-60. Match Report and photos – Now Online

41 players have played so far in 5 matches for the 2nd XV (4 league and 1 friendly) but so far the lads are still waiting for their first.

On Saturday they will have the hard task of taking on unbeaten Dalziel who are on a run of 3 wins from 3.

The teams have met on numerous occasions over past few seasons and they have always been high scoring affairs.

With a number of players returning from injury and unavailability over the last few weeks there is a great chance that a full squad will be making the trip.

3pm KO

Starting XV: 1) Murray Forbes 2) Eben Le Vin 3) Ben Sweeney 4) Gordon Henderson 5) Euan Campbell 6) Murdo Bruton 7) Kyle Bell 8)  Callum Taylor 9) Scott Muir 10) Andrew Jancey 11) John Glendinning 12) Declan Ferguson 13) Max Thorburn 14) Keiran Johnston 15) James Kirby

Subs: 16) Sean Armstrong 17) Craig Bell 18) Kyle McRoberts 19) Alan Lee

WARRIORS HOST WIGTOWNSHIRE LADIES

STOP PRESS: The Warriors lose 17-46. Match Report, Photos, Tries and Full Match – Now Online

On Sunday, the Warriors welcome Wigtownshire Ladies to Violetbank.

The Warriors have not played for a couple of weeks due but Coach Warrick will have been keeping the Warriors players at full fitness as they take on the ladies from the West coast.

The teams met earlier in the season with Wigtownshire coming out on top with a big win but on Sunday the Warriors, who despite the score lines, have been improving week on week and will be aiming to some if not all the points from this match.

Should be a great game up at Violetbank.

2pm KO

Starting XV: Julie Warrick, Megan Brogan, Caroline Richardson, Nicole Mullen, Hannah Paterson, Ashley Clark ©, Rhianna Parker -Clevett, Kayleigh Warrick, Niamh Ross, Nicole Barlow, Erin Ewing, Lucy Stevenson, Jane Stewart, Amber Pattullo, Zoe Mitchell

Subs: Katie Morrison, Stephanie McCracken, Ashley Cole, Emilia Szelag, Tammy Allinson, Megan Cother, Becki Nelson
