2ND XV AWAY TO CUMNOCK ON SATURDAY
STOP PRESS: Match is OFF. Cumnock can not raise a team.
While a large number of Annan players are off to Murrayfield, the mighty 2nd XV are hoping to get a squad together to travel to Cumnock on Saturday.
This will of course be the 5th away fixture scheduled so far for the 2nd XV this league season in their first 6 matches. The lads only having enjoyed 1 match at Violetbank so far this season.
Last week, the 2nd XV numbers succumbed to the constant away trips and unfortunately dipped below 10 players and the game was awarded to Strathendrick. All 5 matches in the league last week were not played.
The SRU in their wisdom have rescheduled this match, which was postponed from earlier in the season, onto a Saturday that Scotland are also playing at Murrayfield. Its still hoped that Annan will get a squad together and gain some revenge for the 1st XV who were beaten at the same ground last Saturday
3pm Kick Off
Starting 2nd XV: TBC
2nd XV Replacements: TBC
