REPORT FROM COACH BILLY HENDERSON

6 Annan girls traveled across to Stewartry to play an U14 Girls Tournament. We joined up with Dalziel and Oban.

There were 8 teams in total divided up into 2 sections. We were in with Egremont, Wigtownshire and Cambuslang.

For a combination team we played quite well with a win against our good friends from Wigtownshire.

This put us through to the 3rd place play off versus Stewartry. Unfortunately Stewartry were too strong for us, with a good crowd cheering on for the home team.

Our players – Libby, Sophie, Maisy, Chloe, Holly and Alahna all had their moments to shine on the day but Alahna was the stand out player of the day.
