MEN TEAMS IN ACTION

The 1st and 2nd XV are both in action this Saturday.

The 1st XV have a big match against league leaders Strathaven

With just 2 wins from 6 league matches the Annan lads will be wanting to get back to winning ways but it’s a tough ask against Strathaven

Annan were very unlucky in 2 of the loses, losing to a last gasp try and a last kick of the match conversion just missing. A bit of luck and Annan would have been sitting on 4 wins.

Strathaven have never beaten Annan at Violebank (3 attempts) but Annan know to extend this to 4 they will need to be at 100% for the full 80.

The 2nd XV travel to Marr to take on Marr 3rd XV in their latest league match.

The 2nd XV lads have a played 4 win 2 record but like the 1st XV were unlucky not to win their match against Allan Glens and they held Whitecraigs to just 12-0 at half time despite playing with just 14 against 15

Its been a few weeks since the 2nd XV;s last match and they will be raring to go to make it 3 wins to start the league season.

Both matches kick off at 3pm

1st XV Squad: TBC

2nd XV Squad: TBC.

WARRIORS ON THE ROAD

The Warriors are on the road on Sunday as they, like the 2nd XV, take on Marr.

The Warriors will be wanting to put last week’s defeat to Lenzie behind them and win their last 5 league matches before the National Plate competition starts early next year.

The defeat to Lenzie more or less ended the Warriors already slim chance at promotion but the next 5 matches will be a good way to get the young team ready to defend their National Plate title.

Match kicks off at 2pm

Warriors XV Squad: TBC

YOUTH TEAMS IN ACTION

On Saturday the U18 Boys team up with Moffat once again to take on Garnock at Moffat on their latest league match. 2pm KO

While it’s here come the girls as the U13-U18 Girls are all in action on Sunday.

The U13-U14 Girls are off to Stewartry, the U16 Girls with Ayr U16 Girls taking on Greenock at Ayr.

While the U18 Girls join their fellow D&G U18 Girls and are also off to Stewartry to take on Cambuslang. 1.30pm KO

Best of luck to all the teams this weekend
