The always popular Highland Games and Family Fun Day is back

When: Saturday 28th June 2025

Where: Our ground at Violetbank, DG12 5NY

Time: Gates open from 11am.

Mini events at 11am (registration) for a 11.30am start,

Junior and Senior events at 1pm (registration) for a 1.30pm start

Whats On: All the usual Highland Games plus Kids Games, Play Park, Bar, BBQ and more

Spectator Cost: Free for all ages

Team Cost: Male (U18+) & Female Teams (U18+) – £10 per team member / P1-U16 – Free

ALFIE HODGSON (5.45PM to 7.30PM)

Alfie Hodgson (working class hero) is a young Cumbrian singer songwriter and also frontman of local band the window view, his set will consist of many classics and the occasional council estate rock and roll ballad.

SOMETHIN’ BREWIN’ (8PM TO 10PM)

Fresh off the back of their debut album ‘Brewed To Perfection’, this high energy hard rock band brings the arena sized sound of the ‘80s right to the stage. Packed with singalong choruses, powerful riffs, and guitar driven grooves, their set is guaranteed to get the crowd moving.
