1ST XV ON THE ROAD TO OBAN LORNE

STOP PRESS: Despite having the numbers, we did not have front row cover and the rules state in West 1 you need to start with competitive scrums so the match had to be postponed. Unfortunately this means we are docked 3 points….

The 1st XV have the long trip to Oban in their latest West 1 league match on Saturday.

The highland team sit in 3rd spot 9 points ahead of 5th spot Annan. But Annan do have a game in hand so a win on Saturday and a potential 3rd placed finish would be in Annan’s hands.

The teams met earlier in the season when the Annan lads ran out convincing winners but at home Oban are a tough team to beat, which Annan did find out last season when they lost heavily.

Should be a great match with both teams playing their usual attacking rugby

3pm KO

1st XV squad:TBC

YOUTH TEAMS IN ACTION

On Wednesday, the U16 Girls are on the road to Biggar Girls for their delayed West U16 Girls Cup match. 7pm KO

On Sunday the U13 boys hosts Carlisle at Violetbank in a cross-border friendly match. 11am KO

While in reverse, the P1-P7 Tigers are off to Carlisle for a series of friendly matches. Various start times.

Best of luck to all the teams this weekend.
