GENERAL INFORMATION.

WHO ARE ANNAN RUGBY?

Founded in 1968 and situated in the South West Scotland, Annan Rugby currently run 11 teams.

From P1-P7 Boys & Girls  (The Mini Tigers) to U14-U18 Boys (The Tigers ) and U14-U18 Girls (The Hornets), as well as 2 Men’s teams (Alas still no nickname…) and a Women’s team  (The Warriors).

We even have the Grizzlies that play once a year so even if you have retired from rugby, there’s still a team for that one last match (or 10 minutes at least!). So whatever your age, Annan Rugby has your rugby playing/watching needs covered!

    WARRIORS XV (WOMEN): Play in Tennent’s National Division 1

    U14-U18 TIGERS XV’S (BOYS): Play in the West Region Development Programme

    U14-U18 HORNETS XV’S (GIRLS): Play in the SRU Girls Rugby Festivals

    P6-P7 BOYS/GIRLS: Friday at Violetbank – 6pm to 7.15pm

If you are already a player or member – lovely. If not, but fancy trying some rugby (we have a place for any skill level/experience) or lend a hand as a coach, referee, volunteer, driver, cook, supporter – then the more the merrier.

If you would like to join the club:

Player Membership is £192 (adult) or £84  (student) or £72 (Under 18) per year

Associate Membership is £36 per year.

Want to try rugby but not sure if you will like it? We have you covered, as you or your child can attend numerous training sessions to decide if joining the club and playing rugby is something you would want to do.

Annan Rugby is a community club so if you are experiencing hardship issues as a result of these unprecedented times, please talk to Club President Neil Moffat or a member of the committee in confidence.
